AGENDA EMB Assessment Tool Workshops in July 2017

On July 20, 21 and 27, General Election Network for Disability Access (AGENDA) in collaboration with local provincial of General Election Commission (KPU)s organized Election Management Body (EMB) Assessment Tool in Surabaya (East Java), Semarang (Central Java) and Palembang (South Sumatera) respectively. Each workshop discussed about understanding disability, accessible election and gathering inputs and follow up actions on EMB Assessment Tool that has been endorsed by the KPU-RI in mid-2016 I order to support accessible election of regional head elections in those 3 provinces. In Surabaya 91 people participated in the workshop (78 men and 13 women), in Semarang 83 0eople participated in the workshop (66 men and 17 women) while in Palembang 53 people participated in the workshop (39 men and 14 women).
