Perkumpulan Penyandang Disabilitas Indonesia (PPDI), AGENDA partner in Indonesia, organized a Policy Platform Workshop with Indonesia’s DPOs in Jakarta, Indonesia on March 14. The workshop aims to gather DPOs of various type of disability with a nationwide/large working are in Indonesia identifying top priorities that are most in need of political parties and government support in Indonesia. Three top issues facing by persons with disabilities in Indonesia at the moment are legal protection, eradication of negative stigma and discrimination, and employment. All participants representing 14 DPOs and 1 NGO support the idea in advocating these three top issues for persons with disabilities in Indonesia.
