HILC Coalition Building Workshop

On March 28, Hanoi Independent Living Center (HILC) organized a coalition-building workshop to develop a joint advocacy strategy plan with the Vietnam Association of the Elderly Persons, the Vietnam Women’s Union and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex (LGBTQI+) group Deaf Dong Nai. HILC introduced the Enabling Masterplan, the objectives of the workshop and the role of the participants in the coalition. This workshop produces an advocacy plan for each organization.
