ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) Work Plan 2021-2025 approved at the 53rd ASEAN Foreign Minister’s Meeting (AMM)

The ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) as a regional overarching human rights body has shown its further commitments in promoting and protecting human rights in the Southeast Asia region by successfully developing a new five-year work plan 2021-2025 that was approved at the 53rd ASEAN Foreign Minister’s Meeting on 9 September 2020. AGENDA and Disabled People’s Organizations (DPOs) Partners are looking forward to working closely together with all AICHR representatives in the efforts of mainstreaming disability rights and promoting disability inclusion across all sectors at all levels particularly through the full implementation of the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025: Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by all ASEAN member states.
