Cambodian Disabled People’s Organization (CDPO) on April 26, broadcasted their second live roundtable discussion via their Voice of Persons with Disabilities (VPD) radio station, covering the topic of the ASEAN Enabling Masterplan 2025: Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Masterplan) and entrepreneurship. The guest speakers were the Director of Essential Personnel Cambodia (EPC) Ouch Nimul and CDPO Project Officer Mean Vibolratanak. During the discussion, Nimul presented on EPC’s efforts to empower young Cambodians with disabilities through education and training, while Vibolratanak explained how the Masterplan encourages entrepreneurship within the disability community, which is now also available in Khmer.
