LENTE 7th & 8th Capacity Building Training on Promoting the Political Right of Persons with Disabilities

On June 15 & 17, LENTE organized its seventh and eighth capacity-building training for members and groups working in the disability sector to amplify their knowledge of legal frameworks and regional policy documents that promote the political right of persons with disabilities. The training consisted of introductory sessions on the Enabling Masterplan, COMELEC resolution no. 10730 on a political campaign and COMELEC resolutions no. 10727 and 10761 regarding election day and general instructions.
