On 19-21 June, 2017 AGENDA’s Program Manager and Disability Rights Advisor participated on the 3rd ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) Regional Dialogue on Mainstreaming the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in ASEAN in Phuket, Thailand. This Dialogue built on the previous two regional dialogues the AICHR convened in 2015 and 2016. The 2017 Dialogue focused on the issues pertaining to access to justice, persons with disabilities as entrepreneurs and disability perspective in disaster risk management. AGENDA was acknowledged as one of the collaborative partners in organizing the dialogue by AICHR Thailand. Press release of the event can be found at:
